Cancellation Policy

24-hour notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This helps us accommodate other clients.
Same-day cancellations: If you cancel or miss an appointment with less than 4 hours' notice, you will incur a charge for the full amount of the service.
Short notice cancellations: If you cancel with more than 4 hours' notice but less than 24 hours' notice, you will incur a charge for half the amount of the service.
